Integral Flow meter without Display/ 4-20 mA o/p can measure the reverse and forward
directional flow rates. The flow meter is manufactured using qualitative raw
materials and facilitates empty tube detection. The flow meters are durable and
reliable where the sensor works on the Faraday’s Law of electromagnetic induction.
Integral Flow Transmitters and Integral Flow Orifice Assemblies combine a primary flow element - orifice plate, annubar or averaging pitot tube - with a directly mounted differential pressure transmitter in a single compact unit, eliminating impulse tubing, remote sensing lines and the associated installation complexity. This integral design significantly reduces signal transmission errors, leak points and installation footprint compared to conventional separate DP transmitter and orifice plate arrangements - making them the preferred choice for steam, gas, compressed air and liquid flow measurement in process industries. Compatible with flanged orifice plates, conditioning orifice plates and annubar primary elements, our integral flow transmitters deliver a calibrated 4–20 mA output with HART communication for direct DCS, PLC and SCADA connectivity. Manufactured in Pune, India, and available in SS304, SS316 and alloy construction for high-pressure and high-temperature process applications.
